JAMB RELEASES 2017 CUT-OFF MARK FOR INSTITUTIONS

The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board has set the official cut-off mark for University admission at 120
.

This resulted from the joint policy meeting which was held with Vice chancellors, Rectors and Provost of higher institutions.

The cut-off marks for Polytechnics and colleges of education has been set at100 while Enterprising institutions 110.

It was also agreed that first choice Universities admission should close on October 15 while second Choice Admission was set at December 15, 2017, Public degree admission January 15, 2018 and Private institutions to end on January 31 2018.

The JAMB Registrar, Prof Is-haq Oloyede said Institutions should not go below the cut-off points adopted but are at the liberty to increase it.
