TIMETABLE FOR WAEC GCE 2018 RELEASED

As the year gradually comes to an end , the West African Examination Council (WAEC), has released the timetable for January/February 2018 WASSCE, Private Candidates (WAEC GCE). From the timetable, it is expected that the Exam would begin on Monday January 29th and end on Monday February 12th, 2018. UNILORIN ANNOUNCES NEW RESUMPTION DATE

To kickoff the 2017/2018 Academic session, the Management of  University of Ilorin has set a date, for the resumption of both returning and new Students. According to the School Calendar, Freshers are to resume on the 6th of January, 2018. Normal Lectures for Freshers  begin on Monday 8th January, 2017. Recently Admitted Students are to take note of this

The Admission List for 2017/2018 session of Kaduna State University has been released. Candidates are to check their admission status on https://kasu.ng/admissions/ kasuadmissions_list.php Enter JAMB Registration Number and Name then click on search. Registration and physical screening starts from 11th December to 22nd December, 2017. Documents required are ; - POST UTME Screening form - O Level results - JAMB Result - Primary School Certificate - Birth Certificate - Local Government Certificate.

JAMB BEGINS SALES OF FORM FOR 2018

Applications are invited from candidates , for Admission into Nigeria tertiary Institutions, as the sales of JAMB form for 2018 has commenced. The period would be from 6th December 2017 to 6th January, 2018. Payment can be done using ATM, via Commercial Banks or Online payment on JAMB Portal   www.jamb.gov.ng Interested candidadates can register for Mock which is to be held from Monday 22nd to wednessday 24th January 2018, while the UTME would be from friday 9th March to 17th March 2018

SSANU, NASU, NAAT RESUMES INDEFINITE STRIKE ON MONDAY

The Senior staff Association of Nigerian Universities, Non Academic Staff Union of Universities and National Association of Academic Technologists, are to resume strike action on Monday. According to the Joint Action Committee, they said the reason for the strike,  is as a result of dissatisfaction over the way the 2 Billion Naira from the government was shared. SSANU, NAAT AND NASU, received a little while the bulk of the money, was given to the Academic Staff Union of Universities  (ASUU) As a result of no response from the government to letters written,  the Union has decided to embark on strike Action
